In this activity, I learned new vocabulary related to leadership, conflicts of interest, and workplace situations. I also improved my ability to express personal experiences and opinions in English using formal and academic language. Additionally, I practiced organizing ideas in an essay structure with introduction, development, and conclusion. Finally, I strengthened my grammar and writing skills through the use of clear arguments and examples. 

  Creating this flowchart allowed me to understand the importance of logically sequencing each stage of customer service. I learned to structure key decision points to resolve issues on time, such as missing data or inventory shortages. Likewise, I assimilated how communication with the customer and internal coordination with the logistics area are connected. Finally, I valued the role of continuous tracking to guarantee that the product successfully reaches its destination.

  Doing this presentation about the Coffee Region was a great opportunity to get more comfortable with English. It helped me lose the fear of describing places, talking about their climate, and explaining why their landscapes are so special. I also learned to summarize my ideas so I wouldn't crowd the slides, letting the photos speak for themselves. In the end, writing about what represents us as Colombians made me value our culture much more. I feel this exercise gave me more confidence to present and connect better with people in another language.

  Definition: A crime is any act that breaks the law, while punishment refers to the legal or social consequences imposed on the person who commits it. Relevance in logistics: In logistics, understanding crime and punishment is important for preventing fraud, cargo theft, contract violations, and other illegal activities within the supply chain. It also helps in creating controls and procedures to reduce legal risks. Example: If cargo is stolen during transportation, the situation is reviewed to identify security weaknesses, enforce penalties, and strengthen procedures to avoid similar incidents in the future.

  Writing this chronicle taught me how to narrate a person's life by connecting their achievements with their human side. I learned to structure a real story in an engaging way, showing how Montaner went from migrating to Venezuela to becoming a music icon. I also realized the importance of doing deep research to highlight not only his musical hits but also his social work. In the end, I understood that writing a chronicle is not just about putting facts and dates in chronological order. The real challenge was in conveying his values, his love for family, and the footprint he is leaving on the world.

  I learned that PLEs allow me to be the autonomous manager of my own knowledge through the strategic use of ICTs. I felt motivated recognizing that learning has no limits and that I can develop language skills in formal and informal contexts. This experience strengthened my decision-making skills and my preparation for future professional challenges.

  This activity taught me not to take things for granted and to question information before acting. I learned that in logistics a false data or a poorly analyzed report can lead to very costly losses. Now I know that before choosing a supplier or moving inventory, I must verify everything with multiple sources. This exercise helped me understand the importance of making decisions based on real and reliable data. In the end, I realized that thinking critically is the best tool to avoid mistakes and improve efficiency.
