Creating this flowchart allowed me to understand the importance of logically sequencing each stage of customer service. I learned to structure key decision points to resolve issues on time, such as missing data or inventory shortages. Likewise, I assimilated how communication with the customer and internal coordination with the logistics area are connected. Finally, I valued the role of continuous tracking to guarantee that the product successfully reaches its destination.
